St Anne’s Manor caricatures

What a great venue for a wedding in Berkshire, I was drawing at St Anne’s Manor on Sunday and it was really nice. There were a lot of visitors and interest in caricatures at weddings and I managed to get lots of sample caricature drawings done for people to see.

Capturing that ‘certain look’ is what it is all about and making everyone happy, at times there was quite a crowd which is how I like it.

Caricatures at your live event?

Let me entertain your guests! Whilst I draw caricatures I get to chat and laugh with the customer as well as draw a crowd giving everyone something to watch and enjoy. Each live caricature takes me around 6 minutes so not too long to interrupt with your other entertainment!

I really enjoy each and every face and it’s not just about ‘giving him or her a big nose’, each caricaturist has a style, I work with the customer so if they are full of fun and want an exaggerated picture this is what I do, if however they want a more subtle picture I will accommodate. My aim is to make everyone enjoy the experience and not to offend.

Each caricature is done on A3 paper and is rolled up so they are easy to carry around and of course take home – giving them something to remember your event by.

Thank you so much for your contribution to our Family Party on 30^th June, everyone had a great time and I think you were probably the star of the show with children, young people and adults all amazed at your talents but also having something so unique to take home. Birthday Caricature

Another studio caricature created a while ago but kept off the site as it was for a birthday present. This was created with a mix of good old pen and paper then scanned in and coloured up with digital paint.

The feedback was fantastic, the client found it difficult to keep hold of the secret until the friends birthday!
